Shipping policy

1) Where We Ship

• Qatar (nationwide): Standard and express options at checkout.

• GCC/International (optional): If enabled on our site, duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility (see §9).

If your address isn’t accepted at checkout, email us and we’ll try to help.

2) Order Processing Times

• Paid orders placed before [1:00 PM] (Qatar time): usually process the same business day.

• After cutoff / weekends / public holidays: process next business day.

• Pre-orders / backorders / custom items: ship when stock arrives (ETA shown on the product page—see §5).

You’ll receive a confirmation email, then a tracking email once your parcel is handed to the carrier.

3) Delivery Options & Fees (Shown at Checkout)

• Standard delivery (Qatar): [X–Y business days].

• Express delivery (Qatar): [Same day / Next day in Doha & Lusail where available].

• Bulky/oversized items: may incur additional fees; we’ll display or confirm before shipping.

• COD (if available): subject to a COD fee and ID verification at the door.

Delivery timelines are estimates; actual times may vary due to volume, weather, traffic, or security checks.

4) Click & Collect (If Offered)

Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up from your selected location.

• We’ll notify you when it’s ready.

• Please bring order ID + photo ID.

• Orders not collected within 7 days may be canceled and refunded (less any fees).

5) Pre-Orders & Backorders

• Dates shown are estimates from the supplier.

• If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order to ship together, or split-ship at our discretion (extra shipping may apply—see checkout).

6) Address Accuracy & Changes

Please double-check building, street, zone, unit, and contact number.

• Address changes are possible before dispatch only.

• If the carrier marks an address as invalid or unsafe, we may cancel and refund minus shipping costs.

7) Delivery Attempts & Verification

• Our carriers typically make 1–2 attempts. Missed deliveries may be held at a pickup point.

• High-value orders may require ID and signature.

• If delivery fails and returns to us (RTS), we’ll contact you. Re-shipping fees apply; otherwise, we can refund minus original shipping and handling.

8) Risk of Loss, Packaging & Inspection

• Risk of loss and title pass when the parcel is collected by the carrier (unless mandatory law states otherwise).

• We pack to protect your items; please inspect on receipt.

• If damaged, tampered, or short: take photos/videos and contact us within 72 hours of delivery with the order number and evidence.

9) International Shipments (If Enabled)

• Duties, VAT, brokerage, and clearance fees are charged by your local authority and are not included in our prices unless stated.

• Refusal to pay duties may result in the parcel returning or being destroyed by customs. We can refund only the product price minus shipping and any non-recoverable fees.

10) Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

• If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days (Qatar) or 14 business days (international), contact us and we’ll open a carrier trace.

• Resolutions (replacement, store credit, or refund) depend on the carrier investigation outcome.

• Parcels marked Delivered are considered fulfilled; if you suspect theft, file a report with the carrier/building security and notify us—outcomes vary by carrier policy.

11) Restricted Destinations & Items

We follow carrier and regulatory restrictions. We may cancel orders for items or destinations we cannot legally or safely ship. Full refunds will be issued for canceled items.

12) Split Shipments

At our discretion, we may ship items separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

13) Force Majeure

We aren’t liable for delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, strikes, customs inspections, government actions, or peak-season congestion).

14) Changes to This Policy

We may update shipping options, fees, and timelines. The latest policy posted on our website applies at the time you place an order.
